Following an extensive refurbishment, Savile Row’s Sartoria will re-open its doors on 7th December with renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei at the helm. With a new all-day dining menu including breakfast, the food at Sartoria will be a masterclass in classic Italian cooking, inspired by Francesco’s home region of Calabria and surrounding areas of Italy.
The menu will include, Astice Sibaryta (Warm lobster salad “sybarita” style), Baccalá marinato alla liquirizia (home-cured baccalá marinated in liquorice), Spaghetti Carbonara with truffle and Nodino di Maiale (Pork Chop) with cocoa beans, chard and n’duja.
Freshly baked Italian breads and cakes will be available in the bar for those looking for an Italian merenda (afternoon tea) or spuntino (snack), before aperitivo hour begins and the bar becomes laden with sharing boards of Italian hand carved meats and cheeses.
