Late Night Jazz - Balagan Café Band

The Balagan Café Band is an exciting new ensemble who combine the worlds of jazz, world music and classical. The Band features the intimate chamber instrumentation of violin, guitar, cello and accordion and an elegant yet fiery fusion of improvisation and written music. The latter includes compositions by Django Reinhardt, Guillaume de Machaut, Claudio Monteverdi, John Lewis, Astor Piazolla, alongside music from the Balkans, Algeria and Morocco.
