We’ll be celebrating the launch of two incredible new short story collections from InkTears Publishing.

Entry is free, please join us for wine and nibbles.

BURN LINES by Mark Wagstaff
“Vibrantly brings to life the dark magic of the short story.” – Anne Brook
Wagstaff’s new collection lays out the eighteen reasons why he is one of the most inventive writers in England today. The stories fizz with vivid characters and beguiling situations to deliver truths culled from the grace and grime of life.

KIRIGAMI by Lynne Voyce
“Infused with arresting images, Lynne’s writing cuts
deep into what it is to be a female.” – Jo Derrick, editor of The Yellow Room.

These sensuous stories tell of the losses and betrayals of everyday lives; from intoxicating first love to mature disillusionment. They chart a landscape of desire, loss, hope, joy and the struggle for personal
identity.

“Tender and tough, mysterious and moving, these memorable stories are the work of a talented and thoughtful writer. Lynne Voyce boldly engages with the big questions; the many shades of love and bittersweet aches of memory. Voyce leaves us wondering what on earth love is, and how come it hurts so much.” – Helen Cross, author of My Summer of Love

InkTears is an independent publisher that champions the cause of short fiction. Our mission is to encourage more people to discover and explore the pleasure of short stories and flash fiction, in a way that fits their lifestyle. We send a brief piece every month to our readers via email, free of charge.

We present our readers with a broad range of writing to enjoy, and offer ample opportunities for up and coming writers to reach a new audience. Via our online feedback channels we bring readers and writers together. In addition to online publications, we have a small but high quality traditional publishing arm that produces both hardback and ebook collections of short stories in both single- author and anthology formats.

You can purchase KIRIGAMI and BURN LINES from Amazon.
