From the 6-10th of July, visitors to The Royal Exchange, a historic building in the heart of The City with more than 30 luxury boutiques and two restaurants, will be able to relax and unwind while enjoying complimentary jazz in stunning surroundings. Unwind in the Grand Café, the perfect vantage point from which to take in the grand piano brought in especially for the occasion, where you can also enjoy a selection of sinfully delicious cocktails named after the jazz greats.

Meanwhile, Sauterelle, located on the mezzanine level, will be serving up a conceptual menu called ‘Out To Lunch’, inspired by what is considered one of the best jazz albums of all time; Eric Dolphy’s 1964s album. The concept involves pairing each course of the menu with the most representative jazz pieces and musicians from the 50s and 60s jazz era.
