Superhoot presents: PALUMBO & THE FUNK Winner of the 'Jazz/Funk/Fusion EP' section at the 13th Independent Music Awards (THE IMAS) 2014, they are a London based 9 piece funk rock collective, born out of The London Centre of Contemporary Music (LCCM), a high energy set incorporates "Sgt Pepper" and James Brown - esque horn lines, funky rhythm, big riffs and harmonies to create a colourful and uplifting atmosphere. The live show takes the audience on an exciting and soulful journey through space and time. "Try It Out" was noticed by BBC Introducing and spun on The Gary Crowley Show who described them as "a musical powerhouse". +

Hailing from East London, NAT AND THE NOISE BRIGADE make eclectic, upbeat tunes infested with brass, flutes, and whatever else they can get their hands on. The songs are substantial and irreverent in equal doses, with lyrical content bouncing from environmental destruction and gender roles to being late and the colour blue. Mixing up the set with varying versions and arrangements, whilst chucking in a cover here and there, no two Nat and the Noise Brigade performances are identical! +
