EGGSLUT'S EDIBLE BREAKFAST CLOUD

Love London

The international pioneer of egg-based dining, eggslut has teamed up with immersive culinary masterminds Bompas & Parr to celebrate the brand’s heritage and mark the opening of eggslut, Shoreditch this August 2021. The free installation will tantalise senses and taste buds with the comforting taste of vegan bacon released from giant clouds of edible yolk-orange fog. There’s also the chance to ‘Get Stamped’ with original artwork created specifically for the launch by sought-after East London local tattoo artist Rebecca Vincent.

The Food Truck will start its journey at Ely’s Yard, 91 Brick Lane from the 2nd August until the 11th August 8:30am to 3pm daily. Ely’s Yard is a popular hub of East London street food venues which eggslut is thrilled to join. The Food Truck will then make its way to 94 Leonard Street from the 12th to the 14th August 8:30am to 3pm to station outside of the brand new eggslut restaurant nestled in the heart of Shoreditch.

Stationed outside the new Shoreditch restaurant on Leonard Street, Bompas & Parr will launch a highly-Instagrammable cloud of vibrant orange edible fog into the sky throughout the day to ignite senses and deliver the delicious taste of vegan bacon. Hungry Londoners will also have the exclusive chance to ‘Get Stamped’ with a limited-edition design created by the in-demand tattoo artist Rebecca Vincent. Those who present their sought after temporary tattoo at the eggslut Food Truck will receive a complimentary menu item.

To spread joy across East London, eggslut will be offering the first 100 customers a free signature menu item and 30% off for everyone who visits the iconic eggslut Food Truck. Make sure you’re the first in line for eggslut’s best-ever offering.

Following the sell-out success of eggslut’s latest menu addition, hash browns with truffle and rosemary salt, eggslut is launching a brand new menu item which will debut at the Food Truck - the Truffle-Portobello sandwich. The sandwich will include free-range soft scrambled eggs, smoked chipotle purée, Portobello Mushroom and indulgent black truffle with hollandaise sauce.

The journey of the eggslut food truck doesn’t stop in East London. During August Bank Holiday weekend, 27th - 29th August eggslut will make its first appearance at The Big Feastival, the ultimate family festival for food and music lovers on Alex James' farm, the Cotswolds.
