Yes you read that right, this coming Friday is International Beer Day, and what better way to celebrate than stocking up on some quality craft beers courtesy of Beacon & Buck.

The Light & Crisp box contains three different lagers and a light pale ale. The Fresh & Easy box two lagers and two pale ales, while the Big & Juicy box contains four different pale aleas and IPAs across a range of different ABVs. All are either available in an eight, 12 or 20 pack. We were luckily sent a whopper of a box (which we're still working through...) with a brilliant selection from the range, from Hammerton Groll Lager, a refreshing pilsner, to the Jiddler's Tipple Everyday Pale Ale - a lower alcohol beer that doesn't scrimp on taste - and the Weird Beard Mariana Trench, with notes of tropical fruits and a malty sweetness.
We particularly enjoyed the Signature Backstage IPA (found in the Big & Juicy Box), a winner of SIBA SE's Gold Award for Best IPA it's a seriously summery sipper with tropical flavours of passionfruit, tangerine and berries. The Harviestoun Schiehallion from the Fresh & Easy Box should also get a mention though; there's a reason it previously won World's Best Pilsner at the World Beer Awards.
