The space is nothing short of beautiful; elegant soft curves in muted tones are accentuated with greenery to create an environment inspired by forest bathing to promote relaxation and reduce stress; you'll feel it melt away the moment you enter. Treatments are al-encompassing, from expert skin hair and scalp treatments, to things like cryptherapy fat freezing, massages, acupuncture, vitamin infusion drips and long-term wellness programmes, but we were there to try out one in particular.
The Signature Purification & Detox Ritual is an almost spiritual experience. Taking place on the state of the art hydro bed, the experience begins with energy-balancing crystal singing bowls, followed by an invigorating dry brush to stimulate lymphatic flow and smooth the skin. A full body massage using nourishing oils follows, after which a full body exfoliation leaves skin silky smooth and ready for a detoxing algae wrap. While the wrap works its magic, the whole body enjoys a steam therapy session to ensure pores are opened, enhancing absorption, and a tailored facial helps to restore hydration and balance the skin. The two hour ritual is nothing short of sensational; you'll float out of there feeling like you've been reborn. It was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the very best treatments we've ever experienced, leaving us refreshed, revived and certainly with a spring in the step like never before.
