This February, Sir Devonshire Square will launch a new series - Behind The Pass - hosted by acclaimed food critic and broadcaster Jimi Famurewa, bringing together two leading voices from the world of food for honest, generous conversations about what it really takes to build a life in food.

To kick-off proceedings, Jimi will be joined by Tomos Parry, Executive Chef, Founder and Co-Owner of London restaurants Brat and Mountain, and Adriana Cavita, the critically acclaimed Chef Patron and Co-Founder behind Marylebone’s Cavita restaurant, hearing the stories that have shaped their careers to date, as well as insights into the ever-evolving dining landscape.
