I had a similar experience to the other reviewer. I confirmed the price with the office using my postcode but when I got in the cab the driver started to argue the price was higher. He shouted through his window at the women in the office. I then refused to continue the journey. When I got out of the cab, the started shouting at me, stating that I had slammed the door, insulting my mother(!), and saying that I was an alcoholic and that I abused drugs.

The guy had no idea where he was going then when we reached my house he charged me more than was quoted and wouldn't give me my change. Eventually when I told him to let me out and give me my change ( I was a girl on my own) he handed me the change, only for me to later discover he'd given me a Euro instead of a pound coin. Never met a worse taxi driver. On a positive note, the woman in the office was helpful when I rang to complain and said she'd pass the complaint on. Hopefully something will be done about this particular driver.
