Excellent diagnostic skills and friendly service.

Dollis Hill Garage were able to diagnose and repair an annoying clunk/rattle that I had on my Audi S4 that had been troubling me for some time. I'd previously taken the car to Finchley Road Audi (where it had been fully serviced for years), yet they were unable to identify the cause of the problem even after a number of visits.

On a quick test drive with the technician, he immediately suggested it was likely to be the Front Anti-Roll Bar drop links. And after diagnoses this proved to be the case as the rubber bushing was worn causing unwanted movement. Replacement parts were fitted and the car ready for collection lunchtime the same day as the initial diagnosis.

Worst company i have ever used. My engine is worse than before and these people refuse to make right!
Very very rude and i would never deal with them again.

Such a useful service - Ricardo rings to let me know when my MOT is due to expire. They also fixed my VW Passat boot catch and rear brake sensor all the same day - the VW garage at Finchley Road had charged me £170 just to diagnose the sensor was broken and despite chasing for the last 3 months have still not got back to me on ordering the part. Dollis Hill Garage got it for me within 2 hours, fixed the sensor, and the boot and got the MOT. Brilliant! Thoroughly recommend them - will now not bother with the VW dealership but will just use Dollis Hill Garage.

My breaks were beginning to screetch so I left it in for them to check. I was quoted 250 pounds (and was given a long list of 'problems')-I went around the corner to Willesden Green Garage and was quoted 70 pounds and had the problem promptly fixed. Very disappointing! Avoid!

Absolutely Fantastic! At first I was reluctant to take my Transit van with a faulty fuel pump to them but now I would not take my vehicles anywhere else. The prices & professionalism are excellent. Ask for John (the owner), he is a man of his word (rare thing to find these days). Thanks chaps! Frank

Imagine this....... to find a decent, reliable, trustworthy gage! I dreaded taking my car in for (a lot of) work - I'd already been told by my uncle, that it needed a good deal of attention, and maybe I would have to consider buying a new car (yep, go straight to the money tree), I'd been recommended Dollis Hill garage by a friend of a friend, so it was a bit of a punt. Going into a garage - particularly as a woman can be a it daunting (when you sometimes feel they could say or do anything about work needed on your car and you would be none the wiser). They not only did (brilliantly) the work that knew needed to be done, but any other jobs they came across, as well - all at the original agreed price. The mechanic (who was so patient) would ring to tell me what needed to be done - to get my ok beforehand and to ensure I was happy with that and the price. When I picked the car up I barely recognised it - as they had also cleaned and polished it too! As I drove it away it felt like a new car and the engine feels and sounds like a Jag! Simply outstanding service and I cannot recommend Dollis Hill garage highly enough.
