Reasonable prices for repairs. Saved me from having to find the money for a new laptop. Which is brilliant in all my opinions.👍

Met a nice and helpful guy in the shop who clearly knew his trade as couldn’t update my device. As it was a random visit l didn’t have it on me but planned to come back as he said he would help me. Unfortunately, after numerous further visits and being told this, that and the other by another man l never saw him again. However, after being given the complete runaround l was not impressed as kept being told to come back. I also was verbally abused by the older man who told me to stop coming in here and wasting his time. There was a witness to this. To Note: This is not an offensive message rather my experience of trying to get someone l thought to help me. Sad but true...

Really helpful, and efficient. Very competent with their repairs, and helpful with their sales. I have bought quite a few things there, and been happy every time. Only once, did I buy something, that didn't do what I thought it would. They refunded me without question.

They were helpful and quick and really sorted out my computer. Really helpful guy who explained to me what had happened and what he was going to do. Earlier this week they also helped my partner with her laptop and she is really happy with it too.

I just went there to have my laptop fixed. The Service was great. Since that date, I have returned there many times, either to buy accessories or have my Computer checked. Ahmed is fantastic. He listens and helps. I have built a very good relationship with him. I would recommend anyone having issues with their Computers and Phones to visit the Shop. You will definitively get good value for money.

DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.

I was given a 28 day guarantee for a laptop repair, only to see it cancelled when I claimed it. The technician believes that repairing a computer means allowing it to turn on, not to function completely. So when my computer turned on in the shop, only to crash a few hours later back home, he considered this a completed job, after which the guarantee expired.

If you think that repairing a laptop means giving it 6 hours of life then this is the place for you. If not, please be wary of this place. Personally, I will never be going back.

All about laptops were so incredibly kind and helpful when my phone broke. When it couldn't be fixed, I bought a new phone from them at a great price and they helped set it up for me. I could not recommend them enough!
