Took my apple mac for repair as it had a white screen. Guy was excellent and friendly.I told him i needed it quick so he had it ready next day. Much cheaper then taking it to apple and got a warranty as well. Proper professionals well done.

Playtronix is probably the best console repair shop in London, for Console repairs, they gave me great free advise when my XBOX 360 RROD, and where happy to repair the XBOX 360 in the Shop while I waited (took a about an Hour). I have recommended them to many of my friends and family, who have also had great experience with Playtronix. I would recommend you phone them before hand and try to explain the problem as it’s a Real Shop and not some kid working from his bedroom.

Found there add on google, my son's xbox360 had the 3 rings of death told them about it and went to ther shop the same day for the repair thay were polite and even offerd me a drink.

After 1 hour the xbox360 was working perfectly and thay also gave me 3months gurantee

Phoned them up numerous times, and on all occassions they took their time to answer their phone. Telephone manner was very poor, I told them I wanted my ps3 YLOD fixed, and they advised me to sell it! They told me their service will last "2-3 weeks and the YLOD can come back, so fix it and sell it". So basically, he wanted me to fix it using their dodgy service and sell it before it breaks again! (I dont like to scam people!)

Anyway, they have 2 options, £55 no gaurentee, or £80 3 months gaurentee... but these prices are different on their vivastreet ad! I got the ps3 repaired and it broke shortly after! I told them about it and the guy was very rude and tried to blame me. He said "I don't know what you did to it!"

Unprofessional and rude staff, I will not use thier services again and will try Playstation Pros in Bow East London instead, as they have a much better customer service.

I tried these guys to fix a problem with my ps3, hd reader had gone. It couldn't be fixed, as after "fixing" it 3 times, they then told me i had the ring of death, whatever that is...

After much complaining and arguing, they got me a brand new 80 gig delivered to the door.

Wouldn't say they were the best place to go, but if you're stuck they're ok

This seemed like the perfect place to fix my ps3 but when i went there i found a little notice on the window saying something like "emergency abroad". In other words, they went on holiday without so much as a note on their website. That really p***** me off. Theres a place at Bow enterprise park (PS Pros) worth checkin out instead.
