AVOID!!
Their carpet fitter spent all day at my house yesterday symptomatic with COVID but did not tell me this??!! All the old carpet was removed and he was due back today to fit the new carpet at 8am. No one showed up and after ringing the company over 20 times I was eventually told no one would be coming back as he had tested positive for COVID. I now have to self isolate in a building site (with a young baby) and they cant tell me when someone else will be able to come to fit the carpets. Completely unprofessional with no respect For their customers!
