Lister Glass

Girl in shop very rude and didn’t reply to our request for over a week, then proceeded to shout at me for asking for a quote. Myself and family been very old customers for years… Not anymore.

I ordered some foggy architectural walk on glass for my new metal balcony and it arrived earlier than expected and was fitted the following day as that suited me. I found the whole experience quick efficient and it was thousands of pounds cheaper than the two other quotes I got.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

Almost identical experience to the previous reviewer in 2014. Ordered some glass, chased them as I heard nothing, multiple phone calls, various people said they would get someone someone who could track my order to phone back, but never did. Eventually after I again phoned, they said they had lost my order, and would re-order as a priority and contact me as soon as order arrived. No contact after three weeks, so I went to another local glazier who provided what I needed within two days. AVOID.

I left glass with lister glass who quoted me £50 each to fix them.i was told i would be contacted the next day about the final quotation but never received a call for nearly a week untill i had to call them myself where i was then told it would cost me £100 each.as i needed the glass straight away i agreed.they said it would take afew days but eventually ended up takin 2weeks in total.i went to collect my glass once told it was ready only to get to the shop and the glass was not even there.i was then told they would deliver for my troubles but didnt even do that.then charged me. £240.not good.
