Tile Base

Worst company ever. No-one takes responsibility. They send you wrong goods and don't want to take it back. Everything gets left on drive way. Drivers are extremely rude. I've had nothing but problems with the company. It took over 6weeks for them to deliver. Which as I mentioned was incorrect. And still haven't received the right good. And now they won't even deliver. I have to go to collect.

I visited their showroom and was surprised at the range of tiles available. The manager was most pleasant and helpful and explained that the recent lockdowns associated with pandemic were wreaking havoc with his supply lines.
In spite of this however I was able to procure kitchen tiles that pleased my wife and I and I assured the manager that I would return soon as I intend doing over my entire living room. Many thanks for your patience and assistance.

The sample tile I ordered and the tile that was delivered were very different. I was served by [an assistant] who was very helpful and polite.
Unfortunately the tiles that arrived were different from the sample. When I called to let [the assistant] he informed me that he will get the Manager to call me. [The assistant] called me and informed me that the batch of tiles are never the same and it is nothing that they can do. Not sorry or even apologetic. It seems that this must happens on a regular basis with other customers and this is the standard reply. I informed the Manager that I am not happy and that I will write a negative review and he was fine about it. I will not recommend ordering Porcelain Tiles from Tile Base.

When I went to tile base to get some tiles for my bathroom, the guy called Ali in that shop was serving me. He was very good with his job, gave me great advices. Would highly recommend.

Please stay away from tile base. I bought tiles and while I bought they made me understand that i can return and never mentioned that they would take any returns. After you pay they gave the receipt in which in a corner their terms and conditions says only 10% returns accepted. How greedy and ridiculous is that. I went back to return my tile snd they refused to accept. Tiles are cheaper at JNC and pls go shop at other shops where you can get Much cheaper offers. Same tiles at reduced prices.
Under the statutory rights you would believe that you can return in 7 days but with this company they are so bloody greedy pls be careful when purchasing.
