Pizza Hut Delivery

This review is based on 3 deliveries I have ordered.
Each time I called, I requested well done potato wedges. They always say ok but they actually ignore you. The wedges were undercooked, soggy and stuck together.
The pizza base is undercooked too. There should be some caramelisation on the dough.
I called the store but they don’t answer.
This store is only 5-10 minutes away. The last delivery took over one hour.
They send you email for feedback and promise to give a voucher for buy one get one free, but they don’t honour this once you complete survey.
Very dissatisfied with this store, I don’t like to be ignored and held in contempt. Very horrible personality traits in this store. What planet have these guys been living in .
