what a lovely friendly shop . so much better than going to the supermarkets ... it was a real treat and the staff are really nice and helpful

We love Gibson's! We have been buying from them for over 20 years, and their meat is the best we have found in the area, served by staff who are second to none.

I have used Gibsons for rabbit, both french, and wild, pheasant, bacon, sausages, and even for eggs, and have found all the meat to an extremely high standard.
The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
I would recommend them to anyone.

A super family butchers, all staff are extremely polite,friendly and will give guidance on cooking if requested.
Oh, and most importantly the quality of product is second to none, and their sausages are to die for.
