Beechcroft Pharmacy

I work n the village and have been in 8 times at opening time with prescriptions in the last 5weeks and not ONE of those times has the pharmacist been on time. He has never arrived before 10 when I have been there. This is ridiculous and I will be making a complaint. The staff/dispenser are lovely

Beechcroft Pharmacy were extremely helpful, I am going into Blackheath Hospital for an operation and don't live in this area, I need to have some medication available for me to take into Hospital and they were excellent, getting it all in for me so we're able to conveniently collect from their Chemist. THANKYOU for making things nice and easy for me.

I think this is a very helpful pharmacy, with helpful staff and Pharmacist... They look after repeat prescriptions and have always given very good advice.

Very poor customer service, unsympathetic pharmacist, the attitude being "the customer is always wrong". Unwilling to order the tablets I wanted when I had an adverse reaction to a different (and cheaper) brand -- prefers to stock "competitively priced" tablets rather than listen to what the customer wants/needs.
