I was really impressed with Samantha (my hairdresser today) for being able to work magic with my ridiculous straight and curly hair combo. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend a visit - nothing but praise from me.

i found my experiance great took mom to get her hair done a lady about my age sheridan did hed hair she done a great job on it, so ive booked an appointment with her my self so will see how she does with mine as my hair is almost to my bum going short will update.

I was so disappointed when I found out that my hairdresser at Trade Secret, Seppi, had left. Seppi has cut my hair for several years and she really is simply the best at both cutting and colouring hair. I am really fussy about how my hair looks and was delighted when I discovered Seppi - absolutely trust her completely and know I will come out with a good haircut. When I discovered that Seppi had left Trade Secret I did try one of their other hairstylists but was bitterly disappointed. My hair is fine and where Seppi used to blend in the layers, the new stylist cut it in layers but rather than blending it in you could visibly see the lines running through the hair. Had made up my mind not to go back as I struggled most mornings to get it into some kind of style and felt really self-conscious about it. I was so delighted to discover that Seppi has moved to Cianna in Croydon - I am so happy to have her back! Wouldn't look anywhere else.

I started using this salon about a year ago when my hairdresser moved here from Bromley. Now the manageress of this salon, she is brilliant!
My hair is very fine yet she makes it look thick and healthy. She gave me exactly the style I wanted. She is incredibly good at knowing what will suit me and adapts the style from time to time. I always come out feeling several years younger!
I travel from Bromley to Croydon just to use this salon.
Can't recommend enough.

I had two simple requests; layer my hair to lighten the weight and cut it to shoulder length/enough so it could be tied up in a ponytail. The result; neither. I didn't get much in the way of chit chat either, which most if the time I shun away from but some 'hows your weekend been' or 'been up to anything nice recently' would have been appreciated for the overpriced £35.00 price tag, most of which was spent on a 20 minutes blow dry. I hate to say I could have done a better job, as I've already been robbed, but either myself or Supercuts could have done better. Seems like they rest on their 'added value' (e.g wash, shampoo, awful music & eternal blowdrying) rather than cutting/styling your hair, which for me only totalled about 7 minutes. And even when she put the mirror to the back and when I asked for it to be shorter, she made her excuses that it wouldn't work with the layering she had already done, which made me feel that not only was I being robbed but an inconvenience. Worst of all, I'll have to pay for another hairdresser to do what she didn't.
