Phase Eight

I visited this store today and had the most wonderful experience. I live in France and have looked in Spain and shops in Kent. I was fed up and about to go home when tube pulled into Oxford Circus and I spontaneously jumped off and thought one more look. I tried many dresses on, during my search that day and was about to return home. When I found a Phase Eight independent shop. I was welcomed in a very warm manner by the store manager ( I later found out) and was looking for something they didn’t have on display. I explained what I’d seen on their website and suddenly I had six of the most beautiful quality dress to try. All the staff made my experience of looking for the perfect dress a fun filled time. The were chatty and very interested in getting things correct and exact. The manager sets a wonderful example to her staff. I found three dresses to take home and choose from. I left there feeling revived happy, and excited again abut the big event. The most wonderful staff I’ve ever shopped with. Don’t loose them. Thanks for cheering up my day girls.

I received absolutely fantastic service from the girls in the store. They went above and beyond, and helped me find the perfect outfit for my daughters wedding. It was so lovely to be back shopping again even if I did still have to wear a mask.
I will definitely be back soon as I saw some lovely other pieces I’d like to try too.

I found a few of the shop assistans quite rude an not helpfull. They had a superior attitude, maybe because it was obvious I was east european. They should keep in mind that they should respect the customers, no matter where they are from or how they are dressed or how good their English is. Especially that I ended up buying a dress and not the first one from Phase Eight.
