bought my daughter a pair of apogee school shoes because she has very wide feet and they are wide fitting however the sole came off totally after 4 wears. I discovered they are just glued, there is no stiching between the upper and the sole so i suggest they stitch them, it might make them last longer, also i returned them to the shop where i bought them today and was refused a replacement or refund.
