I had an issue of exchange or refund. Copule of days ago i bought some clothes from this shop on discounted sale price. When went home i found that one of the shalwar qameez i bought is not shalwar qameez infact, but it was a kurta pajama. Today i went back to the shop to exchange it or get a refund for it. I was refused the exchage or any refund. On my serious request i was just allowed for an exchange. But when i chose an alternative. I was asked to pay a full price for it instead an discounted price. I was not happy and left the shop as their closing time reached. I will go there again. If i have been not offered an exchange on discounted price or a full refund, i will make a formal complaint and may proceed to make a legal claim on the compay for the full refund plus my legal costs.

I could give zero stars I would.

First of all man at Green st store, absolutely rude, on his mobile whilst customers are waiting around for him to respond, dismissive and literally told the customers to 'get lost' when the woman was just asking if they had any additional kurta in stock and if she could return the item if it didn't fit her daughter. On top of that when he's called out for his behaviour, he shoves the JJ business cards in their hands and says, "contact head office and complain if you want to". Like seriously, I'm standing there observing this whole thing go down. The woman just wanted her query resolved at the checkout before completing a purchase.

I doubt she'll be able to sit down and email head office! She was an old aunty and you should be ashamed at yourself for showing this much disrespect. That's why I had to write this review as it's been on my mind since this afternoon.

Don't buy from here, don't encourage this behaviour, the staff are just rude, aloof, arrogant and utterly disrespectful. Never going again, and telling everyone I know about how bad his service is. Think about whether that outfit is worth lining the pockets of pretentious arrogant people like him are two faced and disingenuous towards customers who can't speak up for themselves.
