May I just say that our almost 21yr old son picked up his grandfather's restored Rolex from John Walker a couple of days ago and this is what he texted us:" Just picked up the watch and it looks stunning. It's absolutely beautiful now.......and what wonderful service too" . It's not often we hear such accolades from him, which is why I felt prompted to post this review. A family heirloom carefully restored for another generation. Thankyou. The Heatons from Wiltshire

Put an IWC in for a service....quicker than Watches of Switzerland (took around a month although to be fair it should be considerably quicker because WOS would send it off to Switzerland of course) and considerably cheaper. (approx£300)

Excellent service, wandered over half the city trying to find someone to replace my watch battery. Tried this shop on a recommendation, battery replaced whilst I waited and at a very reasonable price.
Highly recommend

Rather expensive and not particularly fast, but very good - nay, excellent - service from a traditional, old-fashioned watch repairer. Just the people to trust with a family heirloom, as indeed I did.
