DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My partner wanted the back of his phone fixed. They charged £80 and said it would be done in an hour. We went back and as we checked the back they had stuck on poorly a thick glass. When we questioned this they said the machine was broke to do it properly. We didn’t want a bodged job for £80! They then said it would be done by tomorrow. We don’t live locally just visiting family so said this cannot be done. Suddenly it could be done in 3 hours! I’m heavily pregnant so could not hang about for any longer. Asked for a refund and the back to even be taken off to leave the phone in the same condition it was in at first. They said no. We asked for money back they said no. Then they offered £40 but my partner wanted at least £50 so he could send it off by his insurance. The guy argued with us over £10. It’s only until some ladies in the shop supported our argument that he gave us £50. We should have got our £80 back. Lesson learned for us however did notice people before us asking for refunds for items they had purchased there! Please be aware! They are not legit and will take your money and go.
