The Balloon Shop

Following a recommendation, I have used The Balloon Shop on numerous occasions. Never have I been disappointed with the level of service or the quality of the products. However, they surpassed themselves with the presentation they made for my daughters 16th birthday. Their attention to detail ensured my specifications were as I had envisaged them. My daughter and her friends were amazed. No easy task to please teenagers! Thankyou so much, I will be back soon!!

Been using The Balloon Shop since they moved to Southgate and every time i have had nothing but exceptionally helpful staff always going over and beyond to make me happy.
Never had a problem with them and balloons are always fully inflated when i leave the shop.
I have had a verity of balloons and depending which ones i order they last anything from a week to a month.

Highly recommended and even the delivery service is spot on.

I picked up some foil balloons for my brother's 21st birthday. After driving home I realised one of the 'good quality' balloons was slowly deflating. I called up and they asked us to come back to the shop. After driving back to the shop the assistant said he'd 'take it up to his manager' when he came back there was an obvious hole in it that wasn't there before! So blamed it on us saying that you weren't careful in the car. So we paid out again for another, when they should have provided good customer service and done it for free.

Staff were unhelpful and rude on the phone when placing an order, also spelt the name wrong on the balloon even though it was spelt out correctly on the order. Would not recommend and would avoid as this was for a surprise birthday and after getting the order as well as having to pay extra to inflate the balloons (which was not mentioned when placing the order) it was not worth it and I am now left with a balloon spelt wrong.
