I called to make a general business enquiry, introduced my company and asked for a quick chat with the proprietor; the American woman who answered my call was very rude and unhelpful, and hung up on me. A Customer Service skills course would certainly be helpful here. I do hope you post this review, as I'm sure this wasn't an isolated incident, and this kind of thing can be very damaging to a business.
