I ask for two copies of a key and paid 10 quid. The keys are not working. I was a fool not to check how accurately the cops matched the original key on the spot. They are no match... What a display of incompetence.

Went there to get my shoes reheeled and ended up getting them done as well as my phone fixed AND my watch battery changed.

Great job done on all 3.

If I had one complaint it was that the bloke is really short and couldnt see over the counter. Perhaps he should have a box to stand on.

Highly (excuse the pun) recommended.

Had a pair of leather soles and heels replaced on my Gucci shoes. The workmanship was excellent and I would highly recommend this cobbler.

The shoes look good as new.

Fast and efficient.

Went there at 8am to drop in a pair of shoes to be reheeled as google says open from 7.30 am - and shutters down!

The recent nationwide timetable changes have also created some issues. I apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you.

i have used rogers shoe repairers at london bridge for the past 4/5 yrs for business and personal use,i find them very reasonablly priced and value for money and the work is of a high standard.I find the 2 guys that work in the shop very freindly and make you feel welcome offering tea/coffee whilst you are waiting for shoes to be repaired or your keys to be cut.I have used other shoe repair shops in the area in the past and find them over priced and very poor customer service compared to rogers at london bridge.I would definately reccommed rogers shoe repair shop to anyone that wants quality and professional work done and excellent customer service .

I brought my black suede boots, which needed repairs on the heels. The workmen said it was a complicated job but I god my boots back in a week, since they had to order some metal tubes for one heel. I think they did a good job there.
However, when I collected the boots, one had a big stain on the calf area (looks like glue) and very visible marks when they they tried to rub it off. The soft suede is damaged (scrubbed away) and it is in a very viisible area so I can't wear them any more.
When I asked for an explanation, they denied any responsibility for the damage and were extremely rude to me (telling me to F**k *ff).
My boots are ruined now. They were not new (about 4 months) but they were expensive and now they are completely ruined!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SHOES

Fast, friendly, reliable and reasonable on the prices.

I took a battered pair of shoes in as one of the heels had totally come away and the other one was worn down quite badly. The bloke in the shop had them fully repaired and looking like new in a very short space of time. Not a while you wait service, but the work couldn't be done that quickly.

I would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.

Great.

Presented my shoes with badly worn heals to the gentleman in the shop. I suggested that they where badly worn and asked him to confirm a price, he said £15 and asked me to pay up front. For the amount of work involved (rebuilding the heal) this seemed fair. When I returned the following morning he has shaved about 8mm of the height. Unfortunately on a small shoe low healed shoe of this nature it has ruined the line of the shoe and made them look quite different. Not what I was after. I think they are only capable of basic jobs, I would not recommend them for anything more complicated. I would also make sure that they understand the job in hand so they don't end up altering the design of your shoes!

I was charged £16 for two keys!!! And they are pretty standard keys. Extortionate! Do not go there!
