Top Quality Shoe Repairs & Key Cutting

I took my husband’s Italian slippers for repair, paid in advance. The slippers were real leather..
The shop was on fire, it is closed & no paper in the window with any explanation!!! Whom do we contact?? ..

The lovely Scott repaired a zip on a leather backpack for me. It was a tricky job, and I'm very pleased with the result. What's more, he is an excellent communicator, listened to me when I explained the problem, and what's more, recognised my voice when I phoned to check on progress. It's rare to get such friendly and helpful service.

I went at 17:05 to make a copy of 2 keys, the gentleman checked his watch and said it was too late even though he is opened till 5:30 and the doors were still opened

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! THE GUY IS A CRIMINAL.

The guy is incredibly rude (which I can get over, if the service is good enough); dismissive and, most importantly, completely incompetent at his job! I had a set of scissors and clippers to sharpen and most of them were returned to me completely ruined. I had to buy a new set, because the old one was beyond repair.
When contesting the guy, I was then told that I have "never held a proper pair of scissors in my hands and why don't I just f* off!".

The guy is a total criminal and I haven't heard a single positive thing about him or his services.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I have used this place a number of times as I always believe in second chances, but enough is enough. They have ripped me off (charging me for metal tips when they have used the bog standard ones), they have ruined my shoes and are extremely rude and unhelpful.

Use this place at your peril!
