Sola Satellites

i had recently done cctv cameras from sola satellites. they have done a brilliant job and i'm very happy with their customer services. very friendly and cooperative. i would defiantly recommend them.

I would suggest to lots of improvement to customer services. After I purchase DV9000HD PVR and customer service/engineers unhelpful fixing or deal problem. Equipment totally faults and software problems from start to end. EPG 7 day don't work on sky or free view channel set wrong etc. Update error lists goes on and as pervious review there do not answer phone and hang-up plus closed shop to avoid customers return etc. sales do not deliver what the say.

I disagree with both remarks, i have purchased both my TV and SKY from sola satellites.
The installation was carried out very professionally and with in a few days of purchasing sky from them, all appointments and phone conversations have been friendly and always helpful.

I feel they have a more personal touch to their customers unlike other competitive high street companies. I was happy with all aspects of there working manner.

I have passed on the business card for this company to family and friends and would highly recommend them.

Non-professional and incompetent people!!! Never pick up there phone, once they sell a product, they are not bothered whether it works or not ... will end up giving you the worst customer service possible. You might experience people hanging up the phone just after listening to your name so tht they don't have to deal with your problem. I would advice people not to buy anything from here, unless you are ready to get harrassed by the after sales customer service.
