i POSTED A SMALL BOOK FIRST CLASS ON 9TH AUGUST 2022 TO NEWPORT
TODAY IS 18TH AUGUST 2022 AND THE BOOK HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED.

Absolute atrocious service at the post office. Went there to pick up my PLT package, lady with glasses didn’t even check my email properly and told me I’ve to go the forest gate delivery office. Fair enough, went through they were like NO we don’t have your parcel, I’m not too sure why they sent you here. I was like no, I requested at the post office and the lady told me to come to you guys. I was being served by an old man with glasses who I was sharing the experience with. He did not seem to care, literally asked can I see your ID & I’ll see if it’s okay. I was like that should’ve been done before, asked for a pen he almost threw it at me.
But the customer service at the woodgrange post of beyond pathetic.
