The couple who run this service are very professional and sensitive and help you feel comfortable in a calming and trusting environment. They treat you with such compassion and understanding. It made a very distressing and emotional time less so.
As for most people the last place you'd want to find yourself and also a new experience and for most a very daunting one. Damien and his wife were lovely and heartfelt. Thankyou both so much.
