It was a pleasure to deal with the girls at Newington esates in Marylebone. They offer a very helpful and friendly service. Nothing was too much for them when letting my flat on Upper Wimpole Street, W1. I would definately use them again. Great people. Rented a huge place for my budget and had to pay far less charges than other agents. And they did not charge me to register or any of that stuff. Recommend.

Professional and helpful before they have your money. As soon as they have your money then they seem to do everything possible to make your life hard.
