I have dealt with Victoria Knight for several years. They are always courteous and act promptly to help deal with any problems that may arise in my properties. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Landlord.

This is the best renting experience I've had so far. From when I originally viewed the house until moving out/getting my deposit back everything ran smoothly. I never dealt with the Landlord as Victoria Knight managed the property. If there was ever a maintenance problem, I never had to take a day off work as they would arrange access for the maintenance guys to get access using their spare key. After having visited around 10 Estate Agents in Stratford when we were looking for a property to rent with no luck, we decided to try 1 more and went into the Victoria Knight office. We were seen to by Leanne and were very impressed with her customer service. She dealt with us promptly and made us feel at ease. After I found the property I was interested in on Victoria Knights website I made an online appointment request. I received immediate response from Esh and we scheduled a viewing that evening. He was very professional on the viewing and was nice enough to give me and my flatmate space to discuss our impressions of the flat privately. He wasn't pushy nor rude which a lot of agents are at the moment. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victoria Knight to anyone looking to rent.

The experience I had with Victoria Knight has been fantastic. I originally met Ash when he came to value the letting amount for my house. Ash is always friendly, patient and polite as are the rest of the staff iv dealt with at the agency. Ash is very easy to get on with and is always happy to help with any problems that I may have. I will definitelt stay with Victoria Knight as I don't believe anyone else could do a better job.

We are very happy with our flat. Mudasser was helpful from start to finish. What we most liked about him was the fact that he would show us properties out of working hours, which was very helpful for us as my wife and I both finish work late. In general, all the staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. All of our questions were answered in a friendly and fast manner. We highly recommend the agency to other people who are trying to get a suitable place to rent in East London.

We have used these guys before, as has my brother. They have always put 100% into it and after my previous experiences where they out performed the competition I had no hesitation appointing them this time. We wanted to rent our house quickly but at a good price. Despite being a week or so before Christmas when the market was quiet, boom, they found us a great tenant, carried out all necessary references and set up a meeting for us to meet then tenants. These guys delivered and had tenants for us when we needed them.

When our tenancy ended Sam was very helpful and explained the procedure in how to get my deposit back from the Landlord. Ontop of that, they organised cleaners for me when I moved out which no other agent has done in the past. Great company.

I would recommend Victoria Knight to anyone. Both Mudassar and Sam were highly professional and very responsive to every request that I had. All of my phone calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again if I search for another propety in this area in the future.

This is the first time that I have rented a property and Victoria Knight helped me throughout the whole process. Laura and Mudassar made it a very straight forward and stress free process. They found me a lovely property in Leytonstone and managed to move me in within a short period of time. I met the Landlord prior to moving in which was great. Overall, the whole experience was stress free and I'm glad I used Victoria Knight. I recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent.

We were drawn to Victoria Knight by the great feedback we heard from family members and up until now we've been impressed with their service. They were very efficient in finding us tenants for our property and we were updated every step of the way.

I viewed alot of properties with other Estate Agents before I viewed with Victoria Knight. Most of the Estate Agents only showed me 1-2 properties each, and the majority of those were bad quality. Sam at Victoria Knight however, showed me around 6 or 7 properties and they were all decent properties. Great company!! I was recommended to use them by a family member . Although the property they rented for me is in Romford, they managed to get me a higher rent than what the romford agents were offering me and they gave me great advice on refurbishing my flat which saved me money. I also get on really well with the tenants they put into my flat. Im very happy.

Prior to using VK i let the property privately and was having a few problems with my tenant. I approached a number of letting agents for help and out of them all, the staff at VK were the only ones willing to take the time out to give me advice. Once I got my tenant out I gave my property to VK to manage. They found me a tenant within a few days and had them moved in after 6 days once the references had been received and credit checks etc came back. Belinda in particular was extremely helpful. Fantastic service!

They rented a property to me that I will be moving into on Boxing day, which means one of their staff are coming into the office so that I can sign the tenancy and pick up the keys. Thats what you call an Estate Agent that goes the extra mile!

I was due to move into a property last Saturday through another Letting Agent and the Landlord decided to go with a higher offer from someone else, leaving me without anywhere to live. My Agent called all the local Letting Agents and Victoria Knight had something available immediately. They did an absolutely fantastic job - if it wasn't for them, I would have literally been homeless. Would definitely recommend!

This is such an unprofessional agency .Any complaints about the place and they say they cannot repair because the landlord does not want to repair,however if you keep calling them about it they turn very nasty and rude and tell you that is how you got the place.Be careful when signing any contracts as they put a fixed term lease and when you tell them your're leaving they are quick to sue you for the balance of the contract .In fact this is the only thing they are efficient in doing .With the Olympics coming up do not give yourself any headaches letting from this agency .Truly one place to avoid.PS There agency fees are the highest out of all the agencies in Stratford so stay well clear

These people are terrible and only threaten to take you to the court on every occassion they have!!! AVOID, please avoid them if you do not want trouble, they have no manners at all!!!

Dealing with Victoria Knight, Stratford has been the most unpleasant experience of my life, and I never want to go through it again. Nor, would I wish it on my worst enemy, so if I can save one person from them with this review, I will be very happy.

The staff are extremley fake and behave like your best mate when they want something or money is involved (very bad actors BTW!!!). If they do not get what they want (i.e. you ask for an appt to be rescheduled for whatever reason), they start getting nasty.

I have witnessed bully boy tactics which I thought had gone out in the 80s!! Very manipulative, so be careful if you are already dealing with them, and dont let them bully you. Remember- you have rights as a tenant/ landlord!

Once you have got past VK, you have to deal with the agency that manages the property- 'Reliance'. Oh dear! what can I say about them!?? Reliance by name, but not by nature! lol. I can probably summarise them as Dumb and Dumber! I dont think I have ever dealt with more unintelligent people in my life. I am not being a bi*ch and I am not saying they were as bad as VK. In fact, they were usually quite pleasant, but as everyone knows, it can get very frustrating having to deal with people that do not have a clue what they are doing, especially when it involves your home.

It took Reliance ages to sort out any repairs (some which were quite urgent), during which time they had such a laid back attitude, like it was no big deal (while you sat freezing to death with no heating and hot water for a week). The worst thing is that they employ cr*p contractors to do the actual repair/ work, which means more days off work so they can come back and fix the mess they made the first time.

I would urge everyone to stay away from Victoria Knight and Reliance or you will come to regret it (I have spoken to other VK clients who have had the same/ worse expereience, so I know it was not a one off with me!!). GOOD LUCK if you are stuck with them!

I have had nothing but problems with this agency. They sign you up to a fixed term contract and when you ask them to repair and maintain they do not do it so and you live under sub-standard conditions and when you want to leave they threaten to sue you for the value of the contract life
This is one of their many tactics . Please avoid this agency at all cost .
