Gigibride Photography

I've been to this shop on early 2009..I choosen £588 from the package.when we arrived,one of their staff really put on her efforts to sell their products which means i need to upgrade my pkgs from £588 to £888(which she recommended to me is more better pkgs).I agreed,money paid & started the make-up progress.When I make appoinment,they told me they'll be doing only my photography session & no other customer.But,there were 2pairs of customers(include me) & they need to rush on timing cos the shop close at 5pm.(we end up finish at almost 7pm & their staffs unhappy face)The other pair took £1k++ pkgs &they got nicer wedding dress.I'm choosing the one that i liked but they ignored me!When the photography session started,only then I knew & found out that they are NOT PROFESSIONAL!! When all done,only I noticed that the gown that I wore is TORN! ITS RIDICOULOUS!! WASTE OF MY TIME & what i got..a photos that worth nothing & I dont even dare to show it to anyone.Those design,touch-up,decoration of photo album was done by part-time art/design student as my friend inform me!! When everything done,I ask a copy of my photo & they burn it into a cd.And who knows,they burn those photo that is not yet been background edited!!I purposely drive to London at least 3x just because of the CD,you know what they said...(oh,our staff put it in the store room and all stack together.Its hard to get it know but we can post to you.) I wrote down my name,address & contact number in a notebook that they gave me.I wait..wait...& wait..till today I still did not get what I want & not even 1 call frm them!!! Please spread out the words,as you will only regret & dissapointed by what they did.Its not money matter,is Quality,Time & Service that matter.
I only had 1child when took the photo session & now I had 3childrens. So,I need to keep fit again & take another wedding photo.Deep regret and a leeson learned!!

This is a ripp off company, they are quick to take your money but dont do thier jobs. If you ever need a wedding photographer or videographer, make sure you do not not use these people as they will totaly mess up your video/photos. They are totally unprofessional and liars. They know nothing about videography or video editing, just a bunch of hong kong people trying to make some money from conning the naive and less informed. Talking from experience. It was a disaster, they took my money but i ended up with a totally messed up video that is not worth showing anyone.It would be an emabarassment to show anyone. Deep regrets and a lesson learned. Don't let it happen to you and be sure to warn friends and family too about this rip off company in chinatown. i have heard from others who have had bad experiences with them, only after i had tried them out myself and found out, by then it was too late.
