The "5 minute queue" turned out to be half an hour, and my Shellac manicure is not really up to scratch (a few of the tips are missing colour). A new colour chart is needed too as I wasn't able to properly see the Shellac colours (they were all chipped). Wouldn't recommend as the overall experience wasn't great.

Had a Full facial done 3 weeks ago. Excellent service and felt like a million dollars! The queues are quite daunting though so I would recommend fixed appointment times.

I regularly gt my eyebrows waxed here for £5 The customer service is good, sometimes there are long waiting times. The staff are friendly but the last time I visited a new member of staff did my eyebrows and in the politest way needed a chewing gum. She also messed up my eyebrows but another member of staff fixed them straight away no extra charge.
