Don't be put off my old reviews - agree previous lady was so rude! The new people are fab - excellent shellac and friendly service. I've been getting my nails done every 2-3 week here for last year and can't fault it, one of the best manicures I've had.

The salon is very lovely, the staff inside extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best salons I ever been to in London. And the job they do with nails is always Emaculate!
I seen loads of bad reviews but bare in mind the salon is under new mangement now', worth a visit 100%

The service was so rude I left. I actually wonder if the woman working here was joking because the way she spoke to everyone was so outrageous I thought it was a joke. Very odd. A real shame as its a good location and could have been a good find.
I would Not recommend going here unless you like being spoken to rudely. In which case - enjoy!

Never had such rude service. My shellac was done in 15 mins at the end of the day and I left with a rough finish to the edges, missed patches, and without the shellac going completely to the ends. Within two days, the knicks that were left had turned into cracks in my nails. Went I went back, the female owner (was was sourfaced enough originally) told me it was my fault and that if my nails are going to break, they will break. Went it there with a calm, friendly disposition and left furious when she told me to leave.
No wonder there were no customers, just like the original visit!

Thankfully, the lady here is very good with nails and the prices are acceptable, otherwise her unfriendly, abrupt, occasionally rude manner would surely close her business down. The place itself is OK, but if you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious experience - this is not the place! However, if you want your nails done well and don't mind feeling a little unwelcome / ill at ease, and are happy to pay cash upfront - this is a winner!

I was recommended Lali by a friend. Having had several pedicures here I've become a regular client.
The pedicures are thorough and the result is great. The nail colour lasts for a month and doesn't chip or lose it's gloss, even after a beach holiday. My feet feel fresh and soft and, although I have problem feet normally, I feel I'm walking on air after I've left the salon.
The service is polite, professional and very pleasant. They are thoughtful and extremely pleasant.

Completely shocked and appalled by the rude and offensive staff. They wanted me to pay upfront for my service and when I said I would prefer to pay at the end they shouted at me and told me to leave. It is cheap but I'm not sure it's worth it!

Rude, unpleasant owner. She even shouted at me! Horrible hour and I am not the only one to have experienced here outrageous behaviour. And after all that, nails looked thick and clumpy. Much better salon up the hill called Nail Art. Delightful lady and great looking nails.
