I am shocked at the two negative reviews they must have either hit their heads on the way in or got confused with another nail bar!

I have used lots of nail salons and I find this one the best. They are so friendly they do not rush and I always come out happy. Just had my nails done for Halloween and they look amazing! Would recommend 100 percent even if you don’t have an appointment they won’t turn you away and make you feel uncomfortable please do not listen to the ridiculous bad reviews.

Not sure why there's two such aggressively negative reviews. I have been going here for years. The staff are very polite, quiet yet friendly - they just don't engage you with inane chit chat so you are free to relax reading or get on with your own thing. The manicures and pedicures given are of a really high standard - better than any of the local high end nail salons in Muswell Hill that I have tried and are much more expensive. My nails last 2-3 weeks from here - unlike the chi chi salons I have visited where the nails chip after less than a week!! The space itself is clean (it's definitely not luxurious) but if you want quick, great value nail work without any fuss then I would highly recommend. Several friends of mine now prefer to go to Nail Studio than Hampstead and Primrose Hill salons.

Terrible attitude from staff. I walked in and asked for a nail repair and was told "no I am busy". So I said okay, I am happy to wait. I was then told "come back at 6" (this was at 4pm) - so I said okay, but it is only one nail - "no, I am busy". I have never been treated so coldly by a salon, even as a walk in and particularly for one nail repair?! The other ladies in the shop were clearly suprised and felt awkward by this moody display. Advice - be nice!!

I went to this nail salon today with a friend who I was treating to a pedicure. We were both really excited about it and expected a little friendliness but arrived to a frosty reception. When I said I worked on my feet, so really needed the treatment, one girl asked if I was a stripper??? They couldn't be bothered to put the effort in and for £50 I expected a better service? I left with dry, hard skin still on the bottom of my feet, the shape of the nails didn't match (Hash job!) and they rushed the whole session.
Advice: * Smile!...It's free???
* Be more upbeat?
