Ordered medication on the 8/6/23 now the 15/6/23 no prescription sent to my chemist 7 days I’m 77 disabled and in constant pain 24 hours cannot get through via phone normally takes two days if lucky service needs to be soughted out for patients health needs bring back doc Phillip

I had an appointment via phone at 10.20 am I received a call at 1.38 two hours late I was told I will receive prescription for vitamin B as mine check showed low, then I started to ask the doctor for help with my sleeping problems and told he will proscribed me sleeping tablets so waiting for these two proscriptions, them started to ask about my smoking and breathing problems his phone started to ring and he said he has to go to answer his phone and said goodbye considering I’ve had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my phone appointment which was for 10.20 he didn’t finish my appointment to help my health problems so not very happy with the service I received I’ve never had to complain before I’ve been registered at the surgery for 15-20 years and this is the first bad service I’ve had to complain about. My breathing problem is getting very severe and need help asap. Sorry to have to complain but I’m very worried about my health problems now.
