I am trying to call the branch and all phones do not work! Can explain how is this possible? I have to report something and it is not possible. I am disgusted.

First time I went there it was a horrible experience! The staff that attended me was not polite or helpful, it seemed she didn't want to help me at all!
But second time I was helped by more educated and polite staff that really met the standards of Montepio!

As usual my call to the London Branch was a pleasent experience with the lady who answered the phone be friendly and efficient. I always feel that my small business is importent to Montepio Geral and they respond so well. What a pity that English Banks are not such a good experience.
