Employees are rude and disrespectful.
I wanted to die after I got out of there.
There are many poor imigrants in this area.
Maybe because I have a slight accent they must have thought I am one of them. Therefore they treated me with nothing but the usual arrogance towards foreign people,
There is a young blond girl which is the worse.
It is quite sad that stuff like that is happening to a bank like HSBC.
Someone should do something about that.
HSBC IS NOT DOING US A FAVOR.
We are paying clients.We demand respect.
