Being so stressed and busy at work - all I have to do is one of the amazing massages and this helps to calm and relax me immediately.This has a great impact on my focus at work and my relationships at home.

Anu has taught me how to change my routine and diet to fit in with my own unique body type and I have never had so much energy in 33 years!

My health, body and mind has changed since I have received treatments at Jivita Ayurveda. Always looking forward to see the lovely staff members when I am popping in to quickly get some of their amazing food or beauty products, or just so say hello on my way down the high street!

Had a few massages there now and I have to say that the staff are very professional and friendly. The owner is always smiley and accommodating whenever my partner had last minute changes in schedules. The massages are really good and precise, they work on your stress points thoroughly. I also like the fact that you can book your appointments via their Facebook page. Definitely worth going there to relax and pamper yourself!

Ensure your website and links work and that staff inform clients accurately to avoid misunderstandings.

Keep customer service in mind as a top priority and ask your staff to refrain from using swear words or foul language.

Train your staff to be more considerate and customer focussed.
