I'm 8 months pregnant and booked a pedicure to relax (and because I can't reach my feet anymore haha). It was a bad experience. Therapist was late, then.looked annoyed to hear she was doing a pedicure. She had someone come into the shop hassling her for money! She then aggressively just rubbed my feet with an old pumice stone so hard and then insisted I put my feet into very hot water! Not great after friction! Wasn't offered a drink. Seat was really uncomfortable and even when I said it was hurting my back, it was just ignored. Therapist seemed angry. Not a relaxing experience and all for

I went to the Brixton salon. Although the massage I had was fine in terms of technique, the whole experience was very disappointing. I had to wait for over half an hour for my appointment, and I wasn't offered water or tea while waiting. What's more, when I was finally seen, the therapist had to keep popping in and out of the room to have hushed urgent conversations with the other therapist - and the other therapist even barged in at one point. This hardly made for a relaxing atmosphere… I am also fairly sure I didn't get a full hour as they were stressing about time. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately my experience differed wildly from the previous reviews. I had a Brazillian wax and it was awful. The cream wax used was ineffective and the way she ripped it off has left me sore for days. The paper on the bed was stained and was clearly not fresh for my visit. Very dingy room.

Organic Beauty is a real hidden gem. I have had the chance to visit the one in Herne Hill and the one located in Brixton. Both salon are impeccably clean, cosy, well decorated and filled with a delicious smell. The service is very good as I was welcomed in both shops with a smile by the staff and they make you feel very welcome.

I had a few Luxury Manicure done and they made my hands and feet feel and look great and I really enjoyed the massage I was given.

Moreover I had 6 facial microdermabrasion done as I used to have a lots of acne and I was pleasantly suprised by the results as my skin looks much better now. It took time as I had to go back every two weeks with but the wait is worth it. Will definetely recommend this salon to anyone.
