Nainas Beauty Box

I’ve been here many of times but never had a treatment with this new lady. I went for eyebrow threading and stated multiple times before she started that i wanted my eyebrows to be neatened up but NOT thin.

She left my eyebrows uneven, two different shapes and thin like spaghetti and when i voiced that i was not happy with them. She then proceeded to ‘try’ to even them out and ended up making them even thinner.

When i told her i was not happy with her service and her lack of customer service and was about to leave. She then jumped in front of me and LOCKED me inside the shop, guarding the door so that i could not leave the shop. When i threatened to call the police, she began shouting at me while still guarding the door. When i got out my phone to call the police she then GRABBED me by my arm and opened the door and pushed me outside of the shops door.

I bought a Groupon voucher for 6 sessions of Laser Hair Removal treatment on my arms, legs and hollywood for £299. Before my first session, I had to pay £60 to do the back bit since they do not include in hollywood. I chose the salon at Woodford as it was closer to my home.

Treatments weren't done properly because the "technicians" are not really technicians. If they had a proper training and certificates I would probably rate them higher but at the moment I do not recommend Naina's Beauty Box. Get your refunds!
