I bought a wowcher for hair appointment and rang to make appointment.They were unable to offer me an appointment for 4 weeks so I booked 6 weeks ahead.The day before my appointment I rang to check on parking and they told me they had cancelled my appointment because road works outside meant they had no water supply for the day I was booked .They could not offer me an appointment for the rest of the week nor before the expiry date of my wowcher.They could not offer me an appointment at their Kings Cross salon as,surprisingly,Kings cross salon also were without water supply.got wowcher refund

Purchased a laser removal package (6 sessions) for 3 areas in May, 2014. It's impossible to get hold of anyone by email or phone. Voicemails & emails go unanswered. The only way I was able to book an appointment is in person. When I turned up for my 3rd appointment in November, 2014 I discovered that the salon was closed and they moved to a different location. Apparently they tried to contact people to reschedule, but I haven't received any communications. I'm currently trying to get a refund, but it's a very painful process and they are not particularly forthcoming.

Please don't go here. The service is sooo bad. I have nothing good to say. They don't even bother to answer the phone. And I mean never answer the phone. Pay a little more and go somewhere else. I've been 3 times and every time there is an issue. They cancel appointments, don't record bookings, don't know what treatments you've had etc. I have 4 treatments left but contemplating whether it's even worth it

The first 5 sessions were easy to book in, the staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. After some staff changes it was difficult to book an appointment within 6 weeks period, it will take up to 12 weeks, as they have over booked appointments! The clinic every time was more dirtier and not well taken care of.
The staff was reluctant to contact the manager and really unhelpful and unprofessional. Constant staff changes made it difficult to have follow up and progress session.

Worst salon I have ever been to. AVOID BUYING A VOUHER ON GROUPON! ridiculously difficult to book in for a treatment and thy will keep you waiting so long that when you do have your next laser hair removal session it will be ineffective. Also I strongly recommend you do your research as laser hair removal is an expensive process.

His & Hers Canary Wharf have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had been waiting for my laser treatment to start for 2 months now when 2 days ago they left a message that they needed to cancel my appointment. As the line was breaking as they left the message I did not get the full number to call back at. Nevertheless I have been trying to get through to them on the number provided on the website - noone is picking up the phone! Now I dont know when I can start, and I am already desperate about having bought their Groupon voucher!

THIS SALON IS HORRENDOUS. NEVER EVER EVER make the mistake of buying a voucher for this salon. The staff are absolutely awful, so rude I actually had the phone hung up on me 3 times trying to book an appointment. It took me over a month to get hold of one of the salons, at which point I was told to wait another two months before I could use the voucher. God knows how much time and money I have wasted, I just wish I would have been smart enough to read some of these reviews earlier.

First the Caledonian Road branch could actually answer their telephones and secondly if they cannot give you an appointment within two months, then they shouldn't offer "great" deals.
They expect you to wait three weeks for a patch test and then they won't allow you to book an appointment until a further 4 weeks later!! This branch is totally unprofessional.

I have bought a laser hair removal deal from Wowcher. I've been constantly trying to call the salon to book an appointment and nobody ever answers. It's been 2 weeks and a half now and left a few messages and haven't been contacted back. In my opinion, the salon has a lack of professionally and the regular customers are better treated then the ones that purchased deals. I will have to ask fro a refund. I strongly don't recommend it.

I've been getting laser hair treatment at His and Hers and am being treated by Jade she's absolutely lovely and very professional, definitely made me feel at ease. I've only had two sessions and I can see the difference already. Would definitely recommend it to others especially seeing as it is so reasonably priced in comparison to the other local salons in the area.

Staff are too busy talking to eachother or on they're mobile phones, lack any customer service what so ever
I bought a voucher for hair removal so unfortunately I have to go there seven times, I hope they don't treat full paying customers like they have to me on a number of occasions because it is quiet expensive. Ways of improvement would be for them to give information about treatments explain it rather than be very judgemental and unprofessional. Also to not come across so rude,

Would definitely recommend the hair salon. Great colour and cut by Stacey at a great price. Very professional.

I have been having my hair done by Stacey for several months. She gives a pofessional service and a great cut and colour at a great price. Always a pleasurable experience - I've never been disappointed.
