The service was excellent and I would recommend the salon . I had chemical hair straightening and was pleased at the care taken by the very professional hair dresser . The staff were very friendly and I also took my elderly mother to have her hair coloured and a bit of pampering and she was also very happy . Thankyou to the staff

I went to the salon before for threading and was very happy at that time I therefore decided to go back to the salon last Saturday, had threading and eyebrows tinted which was ok. However, as I was going to have my washed and dried too, I decided to have a head massage and the massage was absolutely awful as I felt the owner was just rubbing my hair. She then washed my hair and combed this to remove any knots. To my horror and to make matters worse, there was a really big knot which she found impossible to remove, she really struggled and in the process I know that I had lost a lot of hair. This has never happened to me before when I have had head massages and I told her this has and she also said it has never happened to her before either. She didn't even say sorry and when it came to making payment, she gave me a very tiny reduction again very disappointed with this. I would never go there again.

I visited the salon last Saturday, I had been there once before for eyebrow threading and was very happy at that time and therefore decided to go back. I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted by the owner which was fine. As I was waiting for a wash and dry for my hair, I thought I would have a 10 minute Indian head massage. All she did was rubbed my hair continuously which created so many tangles. She then washed my hair and used a comb and a detangle brush to remove any tangles. To my horror, the owner found it really really difficult to detangle my hair. She put a lot of detangle spray on to my hair too. I then asked her if I could remove the tangles myself, again impossible. After quite a while, she and myself finally managed to remove the tangles, however, disgustingly in the process I know I lost a lost of hair. If I had an Indian massage for 20 or 35 minutes I think I may have lost all my hair. Therefore in the future anybody thinking about having a head massage at this place, please think twice. The worse thing is she kept on saying to me it has never happened to her before but in actual fact it has never happened to me before at other salons where I have had an Indian head massage. She didn't even have the courtesy to apologise!

I have never had to write a review out of such desperation as I am doing now it is purely out of genuine concern for other members of the public for their health and and I feel it’s my duty as a decent honest citizen to share my experiences with this salon

I attended this salon and enquired about having hair extensions. I lost my hair whilst having headcount and as a 35-year-old lady it was devastating.

On the initial consultation they seemed to be empathetic and kindhearted with regards to my hair and my illness. They gained my trust by showing kindness but the whole time it was a scam. I’m horrified to learn that everything they said to me during that consultation was lies and manipulative and they did not care and they did not even bat an eyelid as to the level of dishonesty that they were actually demonstrating.

I was sold fake synthetic plastic hair for £160 and was told it was Ethically sourced human hair Of good quality.

They then charge me a further £200 for fitting of a basic weave which has caused nothing but problems because of the quality of the hair used it did not even last one week when I was told the hair would last me a year in total they conned me 

I have visited two hairdressersA hair wholesalers in Harlesden all of whom have confirmed the hair is synthetic and I’ve been completely ripped off

The hair I was sold was £15 they charge me £160. fitting Of the half head weave was charged at £190.

It cannot be used safely with heat and has matted and shredded. The whole weave and hair lasted less than a week.

They specifically clarified the hair so they’ve lied and manipulated by using my cancer as a tool.

How treatment should not cost any more than £65 and this has been confirmed by a hair wholesalers and to hairdressers who were shocked and disgusted as much as I am

I am so upset and disgusted by the way that I have been treated but I fear for people who could possibly be the next victim.

I am not going to let this drop because this salon needs to be closed down. This opinion because they also offer treatments that could scar people for life.

They are selling products that are fake then this potentially Somebody soon this is a massive massive cause for concern.

Advice do not under any circumstances have any treatments or buy anything from lavish looks North Harrow










Wow excellent threading by hand moment the salon is so clean all the PPE is followed I was welcome I was feeling safe BINA also had a mask on also given me a hand sanitizer before the threading very nice people thank you BINA x

Wonderful eyebrows threading & waxing, excellent service thank you Bina

I went to get highlights done where I stated that I only wanted them very subtle. The lay then told me that there's a new way of colouring and it will look good. AFTER 4 HOURS sitting there with endless times of going back to car to put more money in, my hair looked absolutely horrible. My hair was a medium brown colour and ended up with a Khaki colour which looked horrid.
The owner and staff repeatedly told me that it looked really nice, and put the blame on me that I wanted it this.
The lady doing my hair was constantly blabbing something about me looking at my watch, which I was only doing to check on my car. Very unprofessional salon!!! On top of everything I still had to pay, just absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed with nails. Didn't do what was asked, uneven shaping, uneven polish, left polish on skin and didn't even dry nails so they got badly dented. Certainly not done to a professional standard - in all honesty a 12 year old could do better!

I have had my eyebrows threaded here and twice they have made serious mistakes- once, they put a hole in my eyebrows and another time they irritated my skin. Both times, the owner blamed me rather then herself and wasn't very apologetic. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Overall I was extrememly happy with the waxing treatment I received.
A couple of comments;
1. the treatment room was not warm enough [In december]
2. There was an initial delay of 20 min, even though I had the first appointment of the day

I was very happy with my pedicure today great polish dry skin was all gone a nice massage , also my hair looking beautiful great blow dry thank you Bina, Denisa,Ash for great service nice cup of tea Ash. Will be back soon.
