WARNING - RIP OFF

I paid for 60 minutes only got 48 minutes!

When I complained the receptionist said, well I do not check when you came?!

I know that the price here is cheap, but I would rather go somewhere I get 60 minutes and pay more, than be cheated as a customer for the time I paid.

Just simply awful. Where do I start!? When I arrived, a lady asked my name. I told her, then she said, "We need you to pay now, as we are closing the till." She then tried to change the price DURING my treatment, I refused to pay the extra and felt totally embarrassed and annoyed.

Then when i wasn't happy with the application, and asked for a 3rd coat as the polish was streaky. She said there would be a further charge! I am a nail tech and ran a salon for 6 years, the customer service and treatment here is DISGUSTING.

Avoid at all costs - I will never set foot in here again.

SCAM merchants: They up'd the price & told me after the service. I explain that I wasn't informed of the increase at booking nor when I arrived & there were no notices displayed. I went on to explain that I did not have the surplus amount & had I been told I could have altered my request to fit my budget. The assistant proceeded to tell the whole shop that I would be required to pay the full price embarrassing me to the point of tears. The manager said they weren't the NHS I had to pay despite their negligence. I intended to go back monthly & would have paid had they been courteous. Bullies

I'm fast becoming a regular here now for shellac nails. I've also had waxing done and a pedicure too. The girls are lovely, if you want to chat they will chat and if you want to read a mag or play on your phone they'll leave you too it (and yes, speak in Thai to each other - it's part of the charm of the place!) They take time to do a good job and you don't feel part of a conveyor belt, it's much more of a pamper!

Have you ever found a place where you pay BEFORE any treatments??!!
well they have no shame in this little place but to ask you to pay before anything is done to you, so if you're not fully satisfied- tough luck!
The shellac manicure was very average on my feet and of course, I had already paid so I could not complain. They speak in thai all the time, makes you feel uncomfortable.What a shame, I thought I had finally found a nice place near my house.
I would NOT return to this place, plenty more in the area to choose from. SO DISAPPOINTED.

How come there are no reviews about this amazing place?!! I work nearby and have visited twice already- for a manicure and pedicure which turn out absolutely perfect and long-lasting and a body massage which was simply outstanding! managed and staffed by affable and extremely professional thai ladies, this place tucked away by the market in Pimlico is fantastic and after trying countless spas in the area, I can say I've now found my sanctuary!
