Having tried salons in almost every London post code, I haven't found a better place for waxing - be it for price, service, ambiance or efficiency! I usually see Yvonne for hot waxing (who is wonderful) but have had all other therapists and have always had a great experience. I've also recently discovered they do threading which is also a great service here. I recommend the salon to everyone I know.

I usually go to Aquarius Beauty for waxing and I really like this salon. I've now also had a pregnancy massage with Annalise, and I couldn't have been happier!

I went for a body massage when I was over 38 weeks pregnant -a time when it's worth paying a little extra attention to yourself!- and found it very relaxing. The room was nice and warm and calm, and Annalise's massage was great, with just the right firmness. I particularly enjoyed the shoulders, upper arm and upper leg massage.

I highly recommend Annalise's ante-natal massage!

I purchased a Groupon voucher in September, when i called the salon i was told that the therapist who was doing the treatment was fully booked- up until November. I managed to get a date and went along for my treatment.

Being a male customer, i really didnot know what to expect. Lorna was very wellcoming and made me feel at ease straight away.

The treatment was very relaxing. I read the other reviews which has been written about Lorna, and had to add my comment.

I purchased a Groupon voucher to have a Body Polish and Massage at Aquarius Beauty.
The therapist i saw was called Lorna. I have had many massages in my time, but Lorna's was way above expectations. The Treatment was very relaxing, not rushed, as i thought it would have been.

Lorna's room is very nicely done. I was laying on a heated under blanket, the room was nice and warm, with candles and incents burning.

I would definately recommend going to see Lorna at Aquarius Beauty

Aquarius Beauty is hidden gem. Having tried various salons in central London for waxes, I'm delighted to have found Aquarius on my door step. It offers professional service, high calibre treatments in stylish surroundings and, unlike many cental London salons, offers a friendly welcome that's second to none. I've been visiting Yvone on a regular basis for a few years now and can't recommend Aquarius highly enough.

I have been a regular customer of Lorna Clarke for 4 years now and she is the best. Lorna is always extremely professional, courteous and polite. Lorna has a nice manner and will put you at ease straight away. Lorna use's just the right amount of pressure and has a natural instinct as to when to apply less or more pressure on those spots that we all have. Also Lorna doesn't use too much oil, which I personally prefer. I always feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after a massage with Lorna, and I would happily go everyday if money were no object! The price is very competitive and therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Lorna Clarke at the Aquarius Salon in Finsbury Park

I have been going to Lorna for regular ante-natal massages since I was about 5 months pregnant. I'm now at the end of my pregnancy and feel so positive about the treatments I've been getting I wanted to recommend her to other pregnant women out there. Its a completely relaxing and rejuvinating experience and Lorna takes a good amount of time to treat the whole body including the feet and head, which is bliss. A common pregnancy problem I've experienced is lower back ache and Lorna's massage technique is brilliant for that. I've also been suffering from achey, tense neck and shoulders and I've found regular massage has really helped with that. I've learned that its definitely worth pampering yourself during this special time of your life and I strongly recommend Lorna and also Aquarius Beauty which is a lovely, friendly little salon.

Having searched for years to find an amazing waxer in London who uses hot wax and doesn't charge £50 a pop, I was over the moon when I found Yvonne at Aquarius. I've been going to her for two years now, as have all my flat mates and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I had been everywhere - Strip in Notting Hill, Cucumba in Soho, even to salons run by ex-Strip employees who'd set out on their own. All of them charged eye watering prices for a wax, and none of them were as professional or skilled as Yvonne.

Aquarius is a real gem, top notch treatments using the best products and administered by highly trained professionals who immediately put you at ease, all for really good value. I'd rate them above every extortionate beauty parlour I've used in Central London and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Lorna was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. I was complaining of lower back pain for several weeks and finally decieded to "make that call" to Lorna.

Lorna greeted me with a wellcoming smile and a hand shake then i was taken down to her treatment room. She asked me a few questions about my general health, then left me to get changed and lay on the couch.

I was suprised how relaxed the room made me feel, there were candles and an incent stick burning, the aroma was lovely,also there was soft music playing in the background.

The massage i chose to have was a 45 minute neck, back and shoulder massage. Lorna concentrated most of this time on the affected area using firm strokes and the correct pressure for me. I found myself falling asleep and had to be woken up by her at the end of the treatment, the time went quickley.

I was so amazed at how i felt when i got up, totally relaxed and my back felt so much better.

I have re-booked to see Lorna again in two weeks time and i decided to go for a full body Aroma treatment.

I slepted like a baby that night and woke-up late for work!!!!

If anyone out there is thinking of having a massage, i would definitely recommend them to Lorna at Aquarius Beauty.

Following a surprise birthday gift about 9 months ago I have been going every fortnight for a massage from Lorna Clarke and have found it to be a wonderful experience! I was a typical man with reservations about massage, but I had no idea how beneficial it could be and it is fair to say it has been a life-changing and hugely positive venture. Lorna is professional, friendly and has healing hands! The salon is immaculately clean and the ambience and atmosphere totally relaxing and I have found all the staff to be extremely courteous and pleasant, what a welcome change! I have already recommended it to some friends and if you read this and are considering, just ring and ask for Lorna and I promise you will not be disappointed!!

This was a professional and very pleasant experience all round. The staff are attentative to all your needs and requirements. They are fully qualified to answer any questions that you may have regarding treatments offered. The surroundings are clean and very comfortable and relaxing. I will definately be going back there for further treatments and recommend them to friends.
