Initially, I thought the service was quite good butI had a terrible experience with this shop. I ordered some net curtains for four windows which needed to be customised. The owner even offered to have the curtains pressed which I thought was a really nice gesture Once collected the first curtain I took out the bag was a bit narrow and it measured 140 cm instead of 200 cm, that is a considerable difference. The other three pieces were each 10-15cm shorter on the width. I called the shop and spoke to the owner who told me to bring the curtains in the following morning I arrived at the shop the next morning. No sooner than one of his assistance started measuring the widths the curtains the owner became irate and started shouting ant me and took some cash and wanted to give me back my money. I told him to stop shouting because nobody was arguing and that I just wanted the correct size as I’d ordered. He turned to shout and said that he didn’t have time for this as they were busy. There was only one other. customer in the shop and there was more staff than customers at that point. Through all of his shouting his assistant explained the edge takes up some of the measurement which I thought is a con because if you order a certain width you want a certain width, border or no border. All the while the owner was still shouting and I told him he had better stop and that he’s rude and I’ve heard the way he speaks to his assistants in that shop so I know he’s just rude which only made him more mad. The next thing I know the lady whom I think is his wife started shouting at another customer in the shop telling her to get out and not to buy anything from them. I could not believe the chaos that was taking place. His assistant however, remained calm and said they would replace the curtain because being 60 cm shorter than the agreed width was not acceptable. I thanked her for her help and once I’ve picked up the piece of curtain, I will never set foot in that shop or buy anything from them again. The owner is just plain rude and I’m just fortunate, I’m not the type of woman to be intimidated by this overgrown bully.

I had an extremely unhappy shopping experience at F&Z Bedding recently. I went to their shop with the intention of purchasing three curtains. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be a complete disaster. When I unpacked the curtains at home, I realized that one of them was missing the extension and when I inspected the second curtain, I discovered it had some bugs on it.
