Welling Cycles

They restored a couple of bikes that i had rusting in my shed for years. Not too expensive and the bikes are roadworthy again and used regularly.

Had been recommended this shop by a friend but never used it as it's not near home but near my work place. However, leaving work tonight I got a nail in my tyre. I Read the reviews from this website and thought I'd pop in pick up an inner tube and fix it myself as it's normally extra to get it repaired in the the shop by a tener.

When I popped in he offered to fit it for free! How amazing, really friendly service, unlike a lot of the expensive bike shops in town.

I'll be coming here to get my bike serviced!

My headset bearings went on a Sunday ride, took the bike in on Monday lunchtime and asked for it by Saturday so I could go on a club ride.

They rang me on Friday morning having finished the job early, and charged much less than I had feared.

Great local bike shop - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Well worth a visit.

This shop is a gem. A wealth of knowledge and old fashioned good service(I'm sure the owner was wearing the ubiquitous brown workcoat at my first visit)
They are always busy but still manage to do small repairs with speed.Why would you go to a big motor factor/bike seller when you need to book 3 weeks in advance!
One word of advice. I think they observe half day closing Wednesday despite times stated on website.
This kind of shop should be treasured in our High streets.

I can tell anyone that Welling Cycles is one of the best Cylcing shops I have ever visited. I purchased a bike and they will prioritise you if that bike needs repairing which is very helpful and conveinient.
I also won another bike in a competition however the bike had faults - even though it was a 'prize'. I brought it into the shop and they were happy to repair it. Obviuosly I had to wait a little longer however this was understanderble as it wasn't their bike. They fixed it within 4 days even though they had a large waiting list.
I would definately recommenmd this bike shop to any paerson in need of purchasing a bike, fixing a bike and buying acceseries for a bike!!!
